Rev Teddy Walker was born on December 16, 1970. He graduated from Brinkley High School in 1989. He moved to Texas shortly after he graduated and met up with his beautiful wife Rachel Gilmore. They were married on June 8, 1991. After being married for three years, they had their first child. Miranda Paige Walker was born February 4, 1994. Jacob Shawn came two years later on March 22, 1996. On October 25, 1999, they decided to have one more. Hannah Brianne Walker is the baby of the family.

On July 22, 2005, Rev Teddy Walker moved his family from Texas to Arkansas to become the pastor for Apostolic Tabernacle with only five members starting out. As the year past, the church on the little dirt road began to grow and they needed more room for the people of the church. Therefore, on April 8, 2007 they walked into a newly built church that holds 300 saints. However, the best part of Jesus work is that Pastor Teddy Walker has baptized over 180 people in Jesus name over the past three years. Still yet, today, Apostolic Tabernacle is still going strong.
