• 2 tbs butter
• 1 pkg. green onions
• 6-8 medium potatoes
• 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 1 can chicken broth
• 2 cups bacon- crumbled
• 1 cup cheddar cheese- shredded

In a 5 quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook about one to two minutes.add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and then simmer over low until potatoes are done. * If soup is too thick add a little water. Enjoy!
